Chain Reaction is a start-up company developing hardware infrastructure for Blockchain and privacy preserving applications. We develop the first blockchain accelerator for both the enterprise blockchain market and the best-in-class mining ASIC for the crypto market.

Our multidisciplinary team combines dozens of years of experience in developing and manufacturing high-end ASIC products with the highest quality standards.

We are in the process of building our HR team and looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to be a part of our HR team and play a significant role in managing our intensive growth.

We're seeking a talented, customer-focused Sr. recruiter to join our HR team. In this role you will be focusing on finding super talented candidates to our technical teams, SW and HW engineers with expertise in those fields. Candidate should be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

In this position you will:

  • Be responsible to carry out effective recruitments processes to support rapid growth
  • Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Proactively Initiate ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth
  • Plan and organize special projects/recruiting initiative such as LinkedIn parties, meetups etc.
  • Conduct interviews and convey your feedback about cultural and personal match
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner


Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in leading full life cycle recruiting.
  • Sourcing skills
  • Experience in conducting in-depth face to face interviews
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, a team player
  • Proficiency in English
