About The Position

Chain Reaction is a developer of blockchain-based hardware products designed to optimize the process of cryptocurrency mining. The company's products provide scale upliftment, maintains decentralization and ensures security for enterprise blockchain applications and public networks blockchain deployments thereby solving scalability, security and privacy bottleneck of blockchain, enabling companies to mine enterprise-grade cryptocurrency. 

3 in a 1 – our hybrid working model

We work in hybrid working model where you can join and enjoy, the 27th floor view in Tel Aviv office, the beautiful landscape of our office in Yokneham or the best your home office offers. This will enable you to enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to change your work location as you choose. Traditionally the SW group is in Tel Aviv and the HW group is in Yokneham and you can decide what works for you as your “home base”.


  • Manage and oversee the executive schedule is optimized and prioritized as needed
  • Preparation of management presentations, meeting summaries and follow-ups
  • Plan and organize meetings agenda & schedule
  • Own and lead the preparation and follow-up for all customers, board and executive reviews, and analyst briefings.
  • Assisting with all administrative, logistic, and business travels including managing calendar, meetings & events.
  • Be trusted adviser to the CEO and to the senior management team
  • Ensuring effective communication between the different leaders to gain timely & effective results

Requirements

Must

  • Native or excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills: You can write and communicate on behalf of the leadership, showing exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office and Google apps, specifically PPT and Excel/Sheets
  • Project Management skills - develop, improve, and implement routines to capture and track priorities, tasks, and communications and ensure deadlines are met.

Nice to Have

  • BA/MBA Degree
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-Level executives in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience working with board members, investors, managements, complex technological organizations
