About the Position 

We are growing our team and are looking for a Quality and Reliability Manager to join us. We are looking for someone to drive the quality and reliability of company products & solutions throughout the product life cycle including design, manufacturing, validation, and qualification. 

Role and responsibilities 

• Quality and reliability management of company products 
• Global supply chain quality control 
• Internal and external audits 
• Build and maintain customer confidence in product & company quality 
• Meeting industry standard, environmental and safety regulations,  
• Lead the company ISO certifications 
• work with all departments to drive quality accountability, define methodology and key performance indicators within the company 
• Build and manage quality systems, CCB, PCN, MRB, RMA, 8D, etc.
