Chain Reaction’s operations team is looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Manager to join our growing team, based in Yokneam (hybrid)

Joining to our team will give to the right person the opportunity to work in a high-paced environment, define processes and play an important role in driving purchasing and logistics goals


  • Manage and execute strategic procurement
  • Lead, develop and optimize the organization’s procurement system and processes
  • Seek and establish strategic partnership and agreements with key vendors and suppliers
  • Analyze & forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
  • Manage orders for raw materials to support production plan
  • Locate alternate supply sources towards reduction of lead times (LLI)
  • Manage and oversee company’s logistics processes, import/export, warehouse, and shipments
  • Manage return to vendor and repair activities related to quality inspection non-conformity
  • Define and meet cost reduction goals
  • Track and update all data in the company’s ERP system
  • Reports metrics and KPI’s to management


  • 3-5 Years of experience in similar positions in a global high tech/industrial companies
  • Experience as a Procurement Manager in the fields of Electronics & Mechanics
  • Experience managing suppliers / manufacturers sourcing and negotiation, mainly in far east geography
  • Experience in execution of the global cost reduction activity global projects cost
  • Experience in Logistics management, importing goods, meeting customs and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel & MS Power Point
  • High level of English, spoken and written
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation


  • Strategic view vs Hands on capabilities
  • Experience in a Hardware oriented organization
  • Working experience with NetSuite ERP system
