About The Position

Chain Reaction is a startup company developing hardware infrastructure for Blockchain and privacy preserving applications. We develop the first blockchain accelerator for both the enterprise blockchain market and the best-in-class mining ASIC for the crypto market.

Our multidisciplinary team combines dozens of years of experience in developing and manufacturing high-end ASIC products with the highest quality standards.

We are in the process of building our team and looking for talented human resource and administration professionals seeking their next challenge.

In this position you will:

  • Manage general accounting, taxation, payments, and assist with cash receipt, and sales debit and credit functions
  • Support implementation, future development and maintenance of CRM and ERP
  • Assist with general administration, office procurement, and facilities related matters
  • Arrange travels and coordinate customer events
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
  • Assist in administering benefits programs and workers’ compensation
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR function and to improve employee experience
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required



  • Bachelor/Associate degree in business, finance/accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, office management, or HR
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of accounting, HR procedures and policies
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

A Plus:

  • Project management experience
  • Chinese language
  • CRM/ERP knowledge and system administration experience
  • Experience in fast-paced startup and semiconductor industry
